Events, conferences & trade fairs
Delegations to conferences, exhibitions and trade fairs — the Canton Fair included — moved as one.
For conferences, exhibitions and incentive trips we manage the whole movement: group flights, room blocks near the venue, ground transport and delegate manifests, with one point of contact rather than one per supplier.
Trade fairs are a speciality. Importers travel to the Canton Fair in Guangzhou, and to fairs in Dubai and elsewhere, every season; we time the trip to the right phase and handle the visa, flights and hotel around it.
